What is the need / problem:
In 2 words: Enable quicker invoicing
Today there is no way to quickly send the invoices by email to all the customers of an order cycle. Hub manager has to go in each order and click on “action” - “send invoice”. It’s not possible to send invoices in one action for multiple orders. That takes time to the hub manager.
Who does it impact and what is the impact
- Mary / Shannon 1 who are managing invoicing, this is pretty time consuming to send them one by one.
What is the benefit in focusing on this
Time efficiency for food enterprise managers, who are the ones we want to focus on serving.
Potential solutions that will solve this problem
1- Now that bulk invoice printing is being implemented, the most obvious solution would be to add a new “bulk action” which is “send invoices by email”. So hub manager will be able to selected multiple orders, filter to help this selection, and then apply this action to the selected orders.
