Yes, we had a discussion also in Product Circle what are the next steps.
In the long run the vision should also be on the website, in user guide etc., but for this indeed we should define the mission first.
Since there are currently many other workstreams that involve community feedback in play, it might be better to kick off this a bit later. Very happy for anyone who would like to support / facilitate the process
