Basic and Core Instances Link here
- Final decision about 40 % contribution of net income for Basic Instances → Consensus on keeping what’s currently on the spreadsheet : Contribute 40% of income from user fees and 10% of unrestricted/untied new cash income, payable on a quarterly basis
- Motivate Instances to pair and do the evaluation of their current status: it’s the most fun task atm. Come on guys!!
Welcome Hungary Already trading 200 orders per week! 20- 30 volunteers. 1 hub? Started with google sheet, tried other software, but it did not match. OFN fits their needs better, apart from the front-end. In the mid-term they would like to develop other frontends.
- Discuss the path to becoming a Basic Instance : Instance manager need to give it’s then delivery circle can add the instance easily IF the current server is updated at latest version. If not, the instance will need to raise money for they or allow for a new server to start from scratch.

- Does being active in the OFN Europe circle count as a “second circle”? YES

# DISCUSSIONS

IM circle would love to have updates on the current global budget. This topic is brought to the global coordination circle.
Laurie will do a proposal on slack to assemble a “funding your instance” informal “jam session” group for brainstorming ways to help young poor instances get the funding we need to succeed and pitch in more quickly.
