ACTION: Kirsten will meet with Aaron next week to move forward details of spreadsheet management
ACTION: David will talk to his Toronto book-keeper contact about him taking on some global finance admin on a paid basis.

Kirsten has talked to David C (who could possibly reduce his hours) and Gaetan (who would probably have to find other work if we reduced his hours)
Soph is coming back from maternity leave and will spend the next few months helping to plan strategic tech management as Kirsten backs out
ACTION: David will send his D-WEB slide deck to us all
ACTION: David and Laurie will explore the possibility of setting up a new OFN America governance structure which would be a for-profit cooperative. This would attract more investment for the ‘D-Web accelerator,’ if this process continues to gather momentum.
Serenity might consider joining the board of this new organisation
ACTION: David will set up a meeting with Kirsten and Nat at OpenTEAM (and other partners in the OpenTEAM ecosystem) for sometime in the period 16-20 September - to review Network 2.0 roadmap and offer feedback
ACTION: Kirsten will prepare a slide deck for this meeting
ACTION: Nick will offer Francisco 30euros/hour to finish off the Horizon (WINN-Organic) application . This would be paid from global budget.
ACTION: Nick will get more info on Horizon deadlines and support needs from Francisco
ACTION: Nick will meet with Ahmed and agree a pay increase that would be delayed until we have new funding
