Summary of decisions:
- Agreed that Laurie and Theresa don’t need to call in for Instance-Specific Development
- Changed time of Non-tech product strategy to 12-2 (French time?)
- Kirsten to update calendar events for “Non-tech product strategy”
Suggestion that we need to do a bit more integrated thinking about support and onboarding
Not directly about the platform, but maybe we should talk about finding efficiencies in this area
This might be part of tomorrow’s session on “non-tech product strategy”
Also relates to a proposed “All The Things” pipe for non-dev tasks - we will be scheduling a session on this
