Confusion of emails in sign-up process, someone thinks they’re signing up for SEFhub, then they get an email from orders@openfoodnetwork.org and it says to contact hello@openfoodnetwork.org with any problems
Enterprise welcome email refers to login details, but they’re not actually in it. Probably just remove reference

In Registration, it tells me if I can’t create any more Enterprises, but needs to tell me what I can do about it (when user has reached limit) . . can upgrade? how?
