- Server standardisation
As we are adding more instances to the sysadmin pool (Ireland just joined ) we see more clearly that we have various infrastructure set up (from Ubuntu versions to email config). Two main actions on the short term:
- update documentation about all current server set up: @apb
- define a standard set up the global teams commit to maintain: to assign
- remind instance managers circle that this circle is responsible for defining which instance can access the full support package: @Rachel
