MacDoc Roadmap: for July
We are now into March. Looking at timeline (scroll down):
- Shop branding deprioritised: there is an audience, but not
Plan to relaunch OFN AU in July
- how can we sort out onboarding to justify membership costs
- get momentum with existing users
We nee to build OFN AU brand, with broader picture:
- ecommerce platform (openfoodnetwork)
- discover regen
- good food for all (vouchers)
- (something else)
Payment with Credit
deadline looming. We will prioritise this, try to get to testing this week.
Flower Farms
Still awaiting decision, so Ahmed to pick up Multiple Images per Product instead.
Tracking project status and timelines
We still feel fuzzy, given that budgets are not easy to see, and we are not actively tracking progress.
