Lynne I’ve made you admin because I thought you might want to have a look / play with the trust settings etc. Basically everyone starts as ‘untrusted’ but they increase through participation etc. So I think it basically has a system that enables us to easily see how active people are . . quite handy if we want to reduce their membership fees for really helpful people!
Also, the Staff category is only viewable for people above a certain level (quite high) so can be considered private
We can set up private groups and things if we want e.g. the testers could have a private discussion group if useful
