The Order Cycle Customer Totals report is one of the most frequently used, and many users are manipulating it using pivot tables etc. We get frequent requests to add or remove fields, but the report is getting unwieldy
Should we design and build a ‘mega’ report, similar to customer totals but with every field you could possibly want, so that users can easily customise into pivot tables etc, but we stop increasing the complexity (and potentially decrease!) of customer totals?
@lisahill - aside from removing the ‘totals’ row, are there additional fields you would want to add?
