I just wanted to share with you about the PCC, I see interesting connexions with the Open Food Network, even if there is no proper ownership in our model (where platform coops are about shared ownership) some local instances could choose a cooperative model (that’s our goal in France at some point), and all the topics discussed in that consortium are pretty connected to what we regularly discuss.
Maybe we could be “incubated” or supported by them at some point
