Done since last time we met
- The BI database replica for use with Metabase (@Jana + @Matt-Yorkley). CA cannot be updated to this new stream yet. We need to schedule a server upgrade before. So we are closing his line for now and we will reopen a topic once CA is set up.

Stripe SCA compliance phase 1 + automated tests (@lin_d_hop + @luisramos0) - almost done. Last issue in code review

Mobile shopping improvements (@Erioldoesdesign + @maikel) - Few issues left. We hope Maikel finishes before going on leave next week. If it does not work, we will need to assign another dev.

Allowing shoppers to agree on T&Cs (@lin_d_hop + @sauloperez) - everything is in code review, waiting to then be tested and finished.

Rails Upgrade 4.1 (@luisramos0) - this topic is dev completed. But Bye bye spree needs to be released first. And @Kirsten needs to document pin payments flow/solution to incorporate into testing for further upgrade testing work.

KPIs & Metabase (@Jana + @sauloperez) - following up getting Metabase set up, the goal here is to get first metrics out.

Stripe SCA compliance - Subscriptions (@lin_d_hop + @luisramos0 + @apb ) - ready for delivery pipe. Maybe we’ve overestimated the work to be done. We need to test the current set up and redefine all the issues.

There is only one user left, they have agreed to switch to Stripe and while they haven’t yet got around to it they know that Pin is being retired and is no longer supported. Yay for code clean-up . .
