This problem is the same as the problem that comes up for any customer with a credit due to unsupplied stock.
For example, a customer orders bananas and oranges and only the bananas are delivered. Currently (thanks to this work) the customer will actually have a credit in a shop, and see the credit in OFN Accounts section, but cant actually USE the credit in the shop.
This results in hub managers having to spend annoying time refunding customers. For many UK users it means that they just don’t use OFN to manage customer accounts at all, and instead manually put things into an accounting package.
@MyriamBoure Would you mind if I change this wishlist item to include the use case I describe? I really do not think they are separate issues… OFN already let’s a user have a positive credit as you describe. They just can’t use it at checkout. It is exactly the same issue.
